We had some pomelos from our host’s garden, juice dripping down our hands. Didn’t even know they had such huge kernels.“

I had a bubble tea back in Germany the other day, thinking of our trip. It was good, but nothing like the real thing. Drinking a boba while walking through the thick, humid air, the mix of gas fumes and street food scents hanging heavy, condensation running down the cup as we wandered, sweating, searching for our next stop. But no shade on this one, it was delicious too.
